Effective Date: September 6, 2026
Last Updated: September 6, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, livestreams, recorded services, online ministries, social media accounts, digital communications, and other online services operated by Christian Promise Fellowship (“Christian Promise Fellowship,” “CPF,” “the Church,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using our online services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the applicable service.

Sharing church news, events, and announcements;
-

Communicating through social media;
-

-
Our online services are provided primarily for religious, educational, informational, and community purposes.
2. Religious and Pastoral Information
Sermons, Bible studies, devotionals, pastoral messages, prayer responses, and other content reflect the beliefs and ministry teachings of Christian Promise Fellowship.
Online communications should not be interpreted as professional legal, medical, financial, psychological, or other licensed professional advice.
Electronic messages, comments, prayer requests, and social media communications are also not appropriate methods for obtaining emergency assistance. In an emergency, contact 911 or the appropriate emergency service in your area.
3. Livestreamed and Recorded Worship Services
Christian Promise Fellowship may photograph, record, livestream, rebroadcast, archive, edit, or distribute portions of worship services, church events, classes, testimony presentations, and ministry activities.
Cameras are normally positioned to focus on pastors, worship teams, speakers, and ministry participants. However, attendees may occasionally appear incidentally in photographs, video, or audio recordings.
The Church will make reasonable efforts to provide alternatives for individuals who do not wish to appear prominently on camera. Attendees with concerns should contact a pastor, usher, ministry leader, or Church representative before the service or event.
Being incidentally visible in a general congregation view does not automatically authorize Christian Promise Fellowship to use an individual's image for a separate advertising campaign, personal testimonial, or featured promotional presentation. When reasonably appropriate, separate permission will be obtained for featured uses.
Special care will be taken regarding identifiable children and youth as described in our Streaming & Social Media Policy.
4. Social Media and Community Participation
Christian Promise Fellowship encourages respectful discussion and Christian fellowship on its official social media pages, livestream chats, groups, and other interactive services.
Users may not post content that:
-
Threatens, harasses, intimidates, or abuses another person;
-
Contains obscene, sexually explicit, or unlawfully discriminatory material;
-
Promotes violence or illegal activity;
-
Contains malicious software, scams, or fraudulent links;
-
Impersonates another individual or organization;
-
Publishes private or confidential information without authorization;
-
Infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual-property rights;
-
Repeatedly disrupts ministry discussions or worship activities;
-
Solicits money, products, services, or business without authorization;
-
Contains spam or repetitive advertising; or
-
Is otherwise inconsistent with the legitimate ministry purposes of the Church's online community.
Christian Promise Fellowship may moderate, hide, remove, restrict, or disable content or accounts when reasonably necessary to protect the Church, its members, its ministry, or other users.
5. User-Submitted Content
If you voluntarily submit comments, photographs, videos, testimonials, questions, or other content through an interactive Church service, you represent that you have the legal right to submit that content.
You retain ownership of content you create.
By submitting content for public display through a Christian Promise Fellowship online service, you grant the Church a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, and display that content as reasonably necessary to operate that service.
This permission does not automatically grant Christian Promise Fellowship unrestricted authority to use personally identifiable photographs, testimonials, or other personal submissions in unrelated advertising or promotional campaigns.
6. Prayer Requests and Personal Communications
Prayer requests may contain deeply personal information.
Unless clearly identified as a public or congregational prayer request, Christian Promise Fellowship will make reasonable efforts to treat prayer requests submitted through designated private channels as private ministry communications.
However, Internet communications cannot be guaranteed to be completely confidential or secure.
Users should not submit information they do not want electronically transmitted.
If a prayer request may be shared with a prayer team, congregation, livestream audience, social media audience, or other group, the Church should obtain or confirm appropriate permission before publicly identifying the individual involved.
7. Children and Youth
Our general website and social media services are intended primarily for adults and families and are not designed for children under 13 to independently submit personal information.
Children under 13 should not submit names, addresses, photographs, videos, telephone numbers, email addresses, prayer requests, or other personally identifying information without involvement and authorization from a parent or legal guardian.
Christian Promise Fellowship may establish separate procedures and parental consent requirements for children's ministries, youth ministries, online registrations, photographs, videos, and digital communications.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, sermons, graphics, Church-created photographs, videos, logos, ministry materials, website content, written materials, and other original content published by Christian Promise Fellowship are owned by or licensed to the Church.
Church content may generally be viewed, shared through authorized platform-sharing functions, or used for personal and noncommercial ministry purposes.
You may not, without authorization:
-
Sell Church content;
-
Misrepresent Church content as your own;
-
Alter content in a way that falsely represents the Church's teachings;

Circumvent technological restrictions on copyrighted material.
Third-party music, video, photographs, Bible translations, graphics, or other materials remain the property of their respective owners.
9. Third-Party Streaming and Social Media Platforms
Christian Promise Fellowship may provide content through third-party services such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, or other streaming, social-media, communications, donation, or technology providers.
Use of those services may also be governed by the provider's own terms and privacy practices.
Christian Promise Fellowship does not control how third-party platforms operate, collect information, display advertising, recommend content, or modify their services.
10. Donations and Online Payments
Christian Promise Fellowship may use third-party payment providers to process donations or other authorized payments.
Payment-card and banking information may be transmitted directly to those providers rather than stored by Christian Promise Fellowship.

Unless otherwise permitted by applicable law, Church-controlled platforms will not be used to endorse, oppose, or campaign for candidates for public office.
Statements made by individuals through their personal accounts do not necessarily represent Christian Promise Fellowship.
13. Availability and Changes to Services
We may add, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any online service at any time.
We do not guarantee that livestreams, websites, social media pages, recordings, archives, or other digital services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available.
14. Links to Other Organizations
Our online services may contain links to ministries, charities, resources, businesses, or other third-party websites.
A link does not necessarily constitute endorsement, sponsorship, or responsibility for the third party's content or practices.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Christian Promise Fellowship provides its online services and content on an “as available” and “as is” basis.
The Church does not guarantee that every online statement, archived post, user comment, third-party link, caption, transcription, or automated feature will be complete or error-free.
Official Church doctrine or positions should be confirmed through authorized Church leadership and officially approved ministry materials.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Christian Promise Fellowship and its pastors, officers, employees, ministry leaders, and volunteers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising solely from the use of or inability to use the Church's online services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
